  • CUP SET UP: Price includes one colour/one or two side print, $60.00 (G) per colour on all orders.

  • ARTWORK: No half tones and screens may fill in. Graphic work is available on request at an extra cost. Thin lines under 8 pt are not recommended. We prefer 600 DPI minimum. We reserve the right to determine if the art is camera ready. Screens and plates remain property of The Printed Drinkware Company.


  • ELECTRONIC: Any fully vectorized EPS file created in Adobe Illustrator 12.0 or earlier version, saved in a vectored eps format. Disc must be labeled. If mailed please supply printout of file. Unless advised we will size artwork to best fit imprint area. Please supply information of fonts and PMS number.


  • CUPS STANDARD INKS: Red 032, Black, White, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Green 341, Yellow, Orange 21. Colour match at $60.00 (G) is not 100% guaranteed.


  • PROOF: Available via fax at no extra cost on request. Changes may incur art costs and a proof charge. Min. art charge $50.00/ hr. Pre production sample on cups $100.00 (G)


  • SHIPPING: Please specify carrier and your account number. F.O.B. factory. Woodbridge, ON or Lewiston, NY.


  • Split shipments @ $10.00 (G) each.


  • All new accounts must prepay first orders. Credit cards acceptable up to $2,000.00. Letters of credit required at our discretion. Credit card orders over $2,000.00 subject to a 3% surcharge.


  • Change of copy at $25.00 (G) minimum 500 units, cups only. One per order.


  • Prices and specifications subject to change without prior notice.


  • Second colour print on cups, if available, at .35¢ (G) plus setup $60.00 (G) one side only. Factory must approve artwork. No close registration.


  • Disposable samples - no cost via collect parcel post. Acrylic sample set at $10.00 (G) rebatable on any order within 12 months.


  • Rush orders on select items at 20% extra ($50.00 (G) minimum). Check with factory. Normal ship date is 10-15 working days after art approval/ financial/etc.


  • Less than minimum is not available.


  • Cancellation of orders after final approval will be billed according
    to what has been produced. Restocking fees of 20% will apply on
    blank or special order items.


  • Size and product descriptions may change without notice due to availability.


  • Note: Due to resins used in manufacturing, some products will show marks caused by abrasion and is unavoidable.

    OVER/UNDER: We attempt exact count with no over/under on most products. High volume products excepted.

    We do not process Glass or Ceramic.
